Site work and new construction of a residential development in Cherry Valley, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,286-square-foot residential development.
As of September 25th, 2024 - this project's sole bid was rejected and it may rebid in the future. Cross County Superintendent Residence Bid Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Bidder's Bond Or cashiers Check in the Amount Offive Percent (5%) of the Bid, Made payable to the Cross County school District, Cherry Valley, arkansas. The Successful Bidder Will Be required to Furnish Satisfactory performance and Payment Bond using Aia Document A312. The Owner Reserves the Right To waive Any Informality, or to Reject Any or All Bids. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for A period of Thirty (30) Days Subsequent to the Opening of the Bids, without Written Consent of The owner. The work generally consists of: 1. The construction of a 2,780 sq.ft. residence, including two-car garage with storage and 506 sq.ft. second level - bonus room. Construction shall include plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finishes complete. 1.2 LAYOUT OF NEW WORK A. The General Contractor shall be responsible for correct layout of all proposed improvements in accordance with the Drawings. He shall establish building lines, grades and elevations called for on the Drawings.
