Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work includes design services for the demolition of sod soccer, baseball, and softball sports fields and replace with synthetic turf system. In addition, xeriscape system installation on grounds surrounding sports fields that includes concrete mow curbs, ADA access, erosion control, discus and shot put, and field equipment storage pads. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB, and B. The construction estimate for the project is: $4,000,000.00 The Owner's representative is: Tawney Cano, Project Manager, and may be reached at 702-799-8710x5307. The A/E representative is: Wayne T.
