The City of San Benito will not be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails to deliver the sealed bids to the City of San Benito Secretary's office by the given deadline above. No bids will be accepted via facsimile or electronic submission. The bid unit price is based on the quantity specified; extend and show the total. In case of extension errors, the unit prices indicated shall govern. The price shall remain in effect until the products are received from October 01, 2024, through October 01, 2025. The City of San Benito specifically reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities or informalities in any or all bids, and accept any bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of San Benito.
