Reference Number : 0000361177 Project Description for NTB: The project includes four (4) Base Bids for improvements to the Tenafly Department of Public Works salt shed located at 107 Grove Street, Tenafly, New Jersey. Base Bid 'A' consists of the design and rehabilitation of the existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure. Construction for Base Bid 'A' shall be completed by December 15, 2024. Base Bid 'B' consists of the removal of existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure and concrete foundation walls. Construction for Base Bid 'B' shall be completed by December 15, 2024. Base Bid 'C' consists of the design and rehabilitation of the existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure. Base Bid 'D' consists of the removal of existing concrete foundation walls and design and construction of a new salt shed superstructure and concrete foundation walls.
