AGREEMENT, BONDS, INSURANCE The attention of bidders is specifically directed to the forms of agreement and bonds to be executed and the types of insurance to be taken out in the event a contract award is made. A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder as a Guarantee of His Ability to Perform the Contract Bid Upon, and That He Will Enter Into a Written Contract With the Owner to Perform Said Work and/or Furnish Said Materials in Accordance With Said Plans and Specifications and Furnish the Required Bonds With Ten (10) Days After the Acceptance of His Bid.
