It is the intention of Aldine Independent School District (AISD) to establish an annual contract with a qualified vendor or multiple vendors that meet our terms, conditions, and specifications for asphalt painting services as specified herein. Typical jobs may consist of, but are not limited to asphalt painting and cleaning of the following Painting parking stripes and re-striping of parking lots Painting car stops Painting and re-painting parking background pads Painting letters and or numbers on parking pads Painting custom wording on driveways Stenciling/Painting of fire lanes Painting handicap ramps Painting handicap symbols Installing handicap signage The cost of all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the job completion prices shall be inclusive for any and all equipment and labor needed for pressure washing, including but not limited to ladders, hi-lifts, trucks, hoses, and chemicals; incidental pricing shall not be invoiced separately.
