The City of Waynesboro (a.k.a. "City" or "Owner"), is seeking bids from qualified Contractors (a.k.a. 'Bidder", or "Vendor", or "Company"), to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as shown, specified, and required to: o Construct approximately 2,990 L.F. of new 12" water main, 3,535 L.F of new 10" sanitary sewer and all necessary structures, services, and appurtenances to serve the proposed Nature's Crossing Technology Center in Waynesboro, Virginia. Bids are requested for the following contract: Nature's Crossing Technology Center Water Main and Sanitary Sewer. The Bidder shall submit a bid which demonstrates and provides evidence that the Bidder has the capabilities, professional expertise, and experience to perform the work described herein.
