The California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) is soliciting for cold box and water chiller preventative maintenance and repair services located at the California State Prison Corcoran in Corcoran, California. The California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) requires a Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) to repair both air-cooled YORK water chiller units, as shown on Exhibit A - Photos of YORK Units. The services shall be performed at CALPIA Milk Processing Plant located at the California State Prison - Corcoran, 4001 King Ave, Corcoran, CA 93212. Because the equipment is in the inner perimeter of the institution, vendors must obtain security clearance to gain access inside the institution. CALPIA reserves the right, before the conclusion of the contract term to extend the contract for an additional one-year period. A written and approved amendment will be required to extend the contract prior to contract expiration. The CALPIA anticipates that the proposed contract term will be for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for an additional one (1) year. The services shall be provided during regular business hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday, as directed by the CALPIA Project Representative, or designee.
