Site work, paving and new construction of an educational facility in Nocona, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,885-square-foot educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: A. Project Description: This project will consist of a new competition gymnasium facility for Nocona ISD. This project will include new utilities, parking and paving and street approaches. The new facility will include concessions, restrooms, locker rooms, offices telescoping bleachers, athletic flooring and equipment. the building will be pre-engineered metal building structure with CMU and brick veneer and EIFS veneer. There will be a mechanical concrete mezzanine placed over the lockers to accommodate HVAC systems. The project new complete construction, full turn key delivery to Nocona ISD. B. The Bidder will be responsible for the accomplishment and coordination of all construction activities indicated in the documents.
