Renovation of a library in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 49,815-square-foot library.
A security deposit in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond for 5% of the bid amount is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. A Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project. Estimated Contract Value: $600,000.00 Question Deadline 09/18/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Online Portal WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following at each Library Branch: Doylestown Branch Library 1. Remove existing storefront window & door systems as noted. 2. Remove existing window units as noted and prep rough opening for new windows. 3. Remove existing Kawall systems as noted. Prepare rough opening for new window systems. 4. Install new storefront window & door systems in locations noted. 5. Install new window unit as shown on drawings. 6. Install new spandrel panels as noted. 7. Install new flashing and sealant at all new window locations.
