Audio Visual Equipment Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services at the DMV Headquarters. Term: Thirty-six (36) months Question Deadline 09/24/2024 at 1:00 PM PT Written responses to questions released by: 10/1/2024 4:30 p.m. Submit all written questions via email to the contact person. Per Public Contract Code Section 7103, the awarded contractor shall provide a payment bond equal to one-hundred-percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the contract if the awarded contractor's total bid amount exceeds $25,000.00. Proposed start date of contract: 11/1/2024 The current contractor is Presentation Products, Inc. dba Spinitar Bidder Qualifications: C-7 contractor license issued by CSLB. The DMV reserves the right to reject any bidder proposed materials, products, items, and equipment that the DMV has determined does not equal or exceed the class or quality of the materials, products, items, and equipment that are designated in Exhibit A.
