The City of Kansas City, Missouri (hereinafter referred to as KCMO) seeks proposals from interested firms for Class A & B Biosolids Lime Stabilization and Hauling. To solicit competitive bids for Class A and B Biosolids Lime Stabilization and Hauling from the Blue River Wastewater Treatment Plant. The goals for this specific contract are 14% MBE participation and 14% WBE participation. This information must be included on your Insurance Certificate and/or Bid/Performance Bond. The City reserves the unconditional right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this bid at any time prior to the City executing a contract that meets the requirements of Section 432.070, RSMo, the City Charter and all applicable City Ordinances.
