This Request for Bids (RFB) is intended to set forth the requirements to establish a sixty (60) month service price agreement with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th twelve-month pricing periods per the terms and conditions stated for janitorial services for the City of Dallas Dallas Water Utilities and WIC offices. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into the City's contact similar to the sample contract provided that will require the Contractor to provide services in accordance with the bid Specifications for a term of five (5) years.
