Bidding is estimated for fall/early winter of 2025 and construction is estimated for spring of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village of Lancaster is requesting proposals from architectural or engineering firms to provide professional services. The proposed project is a public improvements project under the Village of Lancaster New York Forward Initiative. This project includes the creation of a new pocket park at the Lancaster Municipal Building. The estimated cost of the project is $206,000. Respondents will be reviewed and selected according to the competitive proposal process based upon cost, technical skills, and relevant experience of the individual project staff. Women-owned and minority-owned businesses and service-disabled veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit responses to the RFP. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Contract term: 1 Year The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
