Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be done under this Contract shall consist ofthe following principal items o Prepare as required and repave, utility cuts performed by others, with bituminous concrete or portland cement concrete, milling and resurfacing, and installation of pavement markings, within Baltimore City streets, alleys, and roadways o Replacement or restoration of various size and types of concrete and masonry sidewalks o Replacement of concrete curb, combination of concrete curb and gutter o Replacement ofmonolithic medians o Restoration of granite curbs The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the contract documents, including furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and all other things necessary for the satisfactory prosecution and completion of all work in full compliance with the Contract requirements and all incidental work necessary to complete the Project in an acceptable manner. The successful Bidder(s), upon execution ofthe Agreement and Bonds, will receive up to five (5) copies ofthe Contract Book - no charge. The complete scope ofwork shall be covered by items listed in schedule of prices, as well as by Special Provisions. Repaving Utility Cuts and Sidewalk Restoration at Various Locations. The MBE goal is 30% The WBE goal is 15%. Cost Qualification Range for this work shall be $5,000,000.01 to $10,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
