Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Syosset, New York. Design plans call for the addition of a 13,000-square-foot educational facility; educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work includes athletic addition, gym renovations, new pool dehumidification system, installation of turf infields on the existing Varsity Baseball and Softball fields, library addition, classroom improvements, and safety improvements. As of June 23, 2026, design has been completed on the gym addition, rear bus loop, softball/baseball turf. The pool upgrades design is also complete, with construction slated for 2027. Design has not yet started on the library, locker room renovation or classroom renovations, with construction expected in 2027. An architect has been selected. These projects will be bidding in the fall of 2026.
