The Owner plans to expand the existing facility and renovate the existing Stadium facility. The expansion includes a Concession / Restroom / Ticketing Building. The Owner's estimated cost of construction is $1,700,000.00 for the stadium repairs and $3,000,000.00 for the new building, building renovations, & site improvements.
