The regional District of Central Kootenay is requesting proposals from qualified agencies to provide Pre-Fabricated Washrooms at the Creston & District Community Complex. The Creston and District Community Complex (CDCC), owned and operated by the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is a multiplex recreation facility that is surrounded by outdoor parks facilities. To meet the needs of the outdoor users, the RDCK is seeking proposals for the supply of a one prefabricated washroom building and facilities to be delivered to the Creston and District Community Complex on or before October 31, 2024. It is anticipated that the Contract to be awarded as a result of this RFP shall commence on September 30, 2024. The RDCK is seeking Proposals to supply the Services herein described on or before September 16, 2024 For more information contact: Stuart Durning Creston & District Community Complex Facility Manager E-mail: sdurning@rdck.bc.ca The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The RDCK reserves the right in its absolute discretion to: accept the Proposal which it deems most advantageous and favourable in the interests of the RDCK; and waive informalities in, or reject any or all Proposals, in each case without giving any notice. In no event will the RDCK be responsible for the costs of preparation or submission of a Proposal.
