Locations: Atlantic Boulevard Landscaped Street Medians (52nd Place to Randolph Street) Benito Juarez Park (5515 Maywood Avenue) City Hall Complex (4317-21 Slauson Avenue) Maywood Boxing Club (4717 56th Street) Maywood Park (4801 E. 58th Street) (Excluding Dodgers Dreamfield) Pine Avenue Park (5313 Pine Avenue) Pixley Park (3626 E. 56th Street) Riverfront Park (5000 Slauson Avenue) Slauson Avenue Landscaped Street Medians (Los Angeles River to Downey Road) Slauson Avenue Landscaped Parkways (Los Angeles River to Alamo Avenue) Question Deadline 09/09/2024 at 3:00 PM PT All inquiries regarding this request must be submitted Online Q&A Yes All interested Contractors shall demonstrate that they have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, equipment, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. The City of Maywood will not be liable for costs incurred by the Contractor's incidentals for the preparation of proposals or other responses associated with the proposals, if required. The City of Maywood is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide the City annual services of landscape maintenance and emergency response service as needed. The City desires to enter into an Agreement for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity, informality, or error in any proposal or in the RFP process or reject any proposal which does not comply to this RFP. Modifications to the RFP, including but not limited to the scope of work and services, can be made only by written addendum issued by the City.
