Pre-Bid Site Visit: Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 10:00 A Site Visit Location : Aspen St NW & Georgia Ave NW Intersection, DC 20012 The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement , on behalf of the District Department of Transportation , is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for Aspen Street, N.W. Streetscape from 16th Street to Georgia Avenue in accordance with the Contract Documents, as defined herein. The scope of work includes right of way widening from 55-feet to 75-feet and 38-foot curb-to-curb street improvement. Dedicated turning lanes are proposed at 16th Street and Georgia Avenue. A 10-foot wide pedestrian/bicyclist trail is proposed for the northerly side. Aspen Street carries Metro Bus Routes 52, 53, and 54. Traffic calming measures such as curb extensions, as included. Tree removals and utility relocation will be required. Questions Due Date: April 4, 2025, 12:00 P.M. ET. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
