The City of Rosenberg, Texas, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of two (2) 6-ton HVAC split systems at Fire Station 2. The goal of this project is to provide efficient, reliable heating and cooling systems that meet the city's needs in a safe, effective manner. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and services to complete the job in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Scope of Work.
