Renovation of an educational facility in Norwalk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 01/16/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Upgraded electrical service, upgraded electrical wiring, and room-level air conditioning units at Tracey Magnet School This Contract shall be subject to the Connecticut State Prevailing Wage regulations and requirements and applicable prevailing wage rates- as such may be amended or revised from time to time; and The CONTRACTOR shall comply, at its own cost, with all such applicable prevailing wage rate regulations, as the same may be revised or amended from time to time. Under no circumstances shall the CONTRACTOR be entitled to any additional payment or any increase in the costs, fees or expenses payable by the CITY hereunder, based on any increase in the cost of compliance with applicable regulations, requirements or any increase in the applicable, prevailing wage rates. The City of Norwalk has the right to reject any submission that does not meet this criteria The Contractor hereby waives the right to subrogate or seek recovery from City of Norwalk and its insurance carriers. This waiver of subrogation does not apply to Professional Liability coverage.
