Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rosman, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project generally consists of revisions to an existing football field. Demolition largely consists of removal of an existing storm sewer network, irrigation system, fencing, concrete and asphalt pavements, wooden shed and metal shed. Construction generally includes installation of a new storm sewer conveyance system, synthetic turf football field, concrete sidewalks, asphalt and gravel pavement, new metal storage shed, and associated erosion controls. Work may start on or after October 21, 2024. Completion of work is expected within 150 days of notice to proceed. Question Deadline 10/01/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
