Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Davison, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of multi-use sports court, fencing, sidewalk, HMA ADA parking, concrete block retaining wall, and relocation of site lighting. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 755 Ton HMA 3,000 Syd Aggregate Base, 6 inch 490 Sft Sidewalk, Conc 4 inch 26,800 Sft Color coating 664 Lft Fencing Bids will be received for a single prime Contract: Lake Callis Site Improvements, 2300842 A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent The Work will be substantially complete on or before November 15, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before May 30, 2025. Davison Township, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner Question Deadline 09/24/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
