Davison Township, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner Question Deadline 09/24/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
