The Project is expected to be awarded on November 18th during the City Council.** This Contract provides for the improvement of Jefferson St / Kauffman Ave intersection at West 13th Street. The project extends from Evergreen Blvd to Mill Plain Blvd on Jefferson St with additional improvements on Markle Ave from 13th to Mill Plain Blvd. Roadway re-alignment will include demolition of an existing building and removal of existing asphalt and sidewalks. Proposed pervious sidewalk and off street bike lanes will accompany a new asphalt section. Lighting improvements, striping, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water improvements and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
