Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 2,220-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of a Bus Operator Building, located at the north-east quadrant of the St. Jospeh and HWY 174 interchange. TIMELINE: Design is close to completion. Tender is anticipated in fall, 2026. Construction is expected to start in spring, 2027. Further update in October/November, 2026.
