Questions Due By: Date: 09/24/2024 by 4:00 p.m. (In writing by Email only) SCOPE OF WORK: o This is an LTAP (Landlord Tenant Assistance Program) Project. o The awarded Contractor will work directly with the County of Westchester Planning Department and the Property Owner for the successful execution of the finalized scope. o The awarded Contractor will be responsible for obtaining all permits, paying all fees, securing all inspections and sign-offs when required by the Governing Authorities having Jurisdiction. o The awarded Contractor will work directly with the Owner regarding logistics so as to afford safe and uninterrupted access to the units by the occupants for the entire duration of the project. o General Property Description o 5 Liberty Way "The Main House": 2 1/2 story wood framed residential structure (ca. 1925) containing one (1) Owner occupied apartment and two (2) rental units. There is one covered porch, an attached storage shed, two dormers and an eave-overhang. An existing two (2) tier open wood deck with steps, landings and support posts is situated on the west side of the building. The concrete entry step landings to the main house are situated off of Liberty Way at the south elevation. o Governing Authorities: The State of New York and the Town of Somers. o The Contents of the Bid Package o LTAP Take-Away: The purpose of the Take-Away is to assist with general descriptive project data is for information only and is included as a separate attachment herewith. The Contractor is responsible for verification of all conditions, access routes, dimensions and quantities in the field. 2 o General Requirements and Bid Forms: Itemized by Division and included in the body of the Bid Package herein. o The Bid-Scope Items: These items are listed below as separate job-tasks for the purposes of this Bid Package. They are described generically in the body of this package. Quantities and Means-and-Methods are the responsibility of the bidder to determine. The bidder is to ensure the inclusion of sufficient labor and materials for a complete and proper installation. Information included in the body of the Take Away attachment is for reference only.
