Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Terre Haute, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Questions regarding the project are due to the City of Terre Haute at the Board of Public Works, Engineering Department located at 17 Harding Avenue, Terre Haute, IN 47807, (812) 244-4903 by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) Thursday, September 19,2024. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project site is bound by the existing City Hall Building to the north, Ohio St. to the south, an existing service drive to the east, and the Vigo County Courthouse property line to the west. Full construction of the site is being completed in a single bid package. Base Bid: Plans call for the construction of pedestrian walks, patio areas with seating, and supporting planting beds. The project includes minimal utility relocation and site work. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and specifications, including clean-up and disposal of all materials . The Contractor who is awarded the bid will be responsible for ensuring these measures are met. The Project will be constructed in one (1) single prime contract, which is outlined in the construction documents and specifications.
