Site work for a civil project in Bristol, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: New pumping station building with submersible chopper pumps and integral wet well and valve vault. New 10-inch HDPE Force Main 2000 feet long using directional drill and open trench construction technique. The Project has an expected duration of 540 days. Questions regarding this bid should be sent to Underwood Engineers, Stephen Smith, Project Manager (ssmith@underwoodengineers.com) Telephone (603) 230-9898 by Tuesday, September 24 th , 2024. A bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or Bid bond issued by surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner. The Contractor must comply with all Davis-Bacon Related Acts as stated in the Supplemental Conditions. All laborers and mechanics employed by the Contractor and subcontractors on this project shall not be paid less than the prevailing wage rates contained in the Supplemental Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all of the submitted bids. Incomplete bids may be rejected.
