Site work and paving for a road / highway in Caraquet, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Renovation and paving of Rue de la Saline and a section of Rue de la Chaloupe. Digital tender documents will be provided to contractors upon payment of $100.00, non-refundable, by contacting Roy Consultants by email at the following addresses; melanie.hebert@royconsultants.ca, or gaetane.richardson@royconsultants.ca. The latest version and amendments of the "Public Procurement Act" (NB Regulation - 2022-78), apply to this call for tenders. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond or bank draft (certified cheque) in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the City of Caraquet. The name of the bidder and the name of the contract must be clearly indicated on the envelope. Neither the lowest nor any of the bids will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality may cancel this call for tenders.
