Renovation of an educational facility in Los Fresnos, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 100-square-foot educational facility.
Project consists of new 100 s.f. masonry and steel entrance addition and interior renovation. Proposal envelopes shall be plainly marked, "LFCISD CTE Renovation" Any Proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. Faxed proposals are not acceptable. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after Proposal due date without the consent of the Owner. Proposals received after Proposal deadline will be returned unopened to proposer. Personal delivery of Proposal is recommended. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all Proposals, or accept any Proposal or portion thereof most advantageous to the Owner after the ranking and evaluation. Proposers must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Proposer Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities
