2. Labor Provisions:
o Only straight time labor is included
o All other exclusions are listed in vendor's quote
3. Service Provider Responsibilities:
o Install new warrantied parts
o Perform necessary repairs to restore compressor functionality
o Test compressors after repair to ensure proper operation
o Keep work area clean of debris from repair operations
4. Emergency Nature:
o Work to be performed as quickly as possible to ensure Ice Arena functionality
o Standard procurement procedures may be expedited due to emergency status
5. Completion Criteria:
o Compressors functioning properly
