Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Leesburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals with the intent to enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/Engineering firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with experience in Design and Project Management services for the new Loudoun Residency building. A&E firm will develop site plans for the building, work with DEB for permitting approval and support the construction of the building with project management and progress inspections. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing building that no longer meets the needs of the district.
