The project consists of all major items associated with crack sealing including but not limited to cleaning and sealing cracks throughout the City, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Crack Sealing, for the project with an allowance of $200,000.00 will be required.
