Owner anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities The selected Respondent will be the general contractor for the Project, which is the construction of Elgin Business Park Phase IV Utilities. The City anticipates the following items will be included in the scope of the Project: construction of approximately 1,800 LF of 12" C900 PVC Water Line; approximately 900 LF of 10" SDR-26 PVC Wastewater Line, and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete Project; and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. The selected Offeror will be also responsible for: obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates; and providing the Owner with all manufacturers' warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed. The facility will be located along Innovation Way in the City of Elgins Business Park III. Innovation Way intersects with Roy Rivers Road approximately 3,100 feet southwest of the intersection of Roy Rivers Road and US 290.
