Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development.

Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform the selective demolition and abatement per the scope description below and per attached drawings and specifications. This portion of the project scope includes the demo and abatement of the following items in buildings 816-818 only: removal of existing blow-in fiberglass insulation, all gutters, asphalt shingle assembly including underlayment and roof sheathing, gable siding and sheathing, spray applied mold treatment to trusses, abatement of all flooring in units including underlayment in areas with wood subfloor and triple rinse treatment of concrete subfloors. Contractor must submit on type of mold treatment on trusses at time of award. Contractor MUST use care in removing base as to NOT damage walls during abatement.
