Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ottumwa, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

This project will place stamped concrete crosswalks with ADA ramps across Church Street located at Ransom Street and Davis Street. A painted crosswalk with ADA ramps will be installed at Moore Street. 10% Bid Deposit 100% Performance and Payment Bond Project Start Date: 15 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed Project Completion: November 30, 2024 Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day.
