Site work for a mixed-use development in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Project Playground Surface Replacement, LeRoy L. Wood Elementary School, 60 Sconticut Neck Rd., Fairhaven, MA 02719. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The project consists in general removing the existing top playground rubber pour in-place surface layer and replacing with new poured in place rubber surface system. All work to be performed as indicated. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE). The construction goal for this project shall be total 10.4% (MBE) / (WBE) participation by state certified firms. Question Deadline 09/13/2024 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretations of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to, Ted Rowse, Project Manager either faxed to (774-215-0497), or emailed (trowse@rowsearchitects.com). The Project Manager will answer such request if received seven calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids.
