As of March 05, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Shall include new improvements to parking, drainage, pedestrian facilities, and surrounding areas as shown on the plans and related details. In general, the scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition of existing pavement, and surrounding items and areas shown on the plans. All necessary grading and installation of: new curb and gutter, new striping, new asphalt, landscaped islands sidewalks, and new drainage structures, and all other new amenities shown on plans shall be included in this project. Bids and construction projects in excess of $100,000, the bidder shall furnish a certified cashier's check made payable to the order of El Paso County, Texas or a good and sufficient Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total contract price, executed with a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas.
