This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Preference may be given in accordance with 24 CFR 135 and the CMHA procurement policy. The Prevailing Wages shall be paid for a legal day's work to laborers, workmen or mechanics engaged in work under this Contract, at the site of the Project, in the trade or occupation listed. Certified payrolls are to be submitted WEEKLY. Failure to do so may hold up payments. The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) will receive Quotes on the above RFQ for 3700 Reading Rd. Garage Ceiling Loose Material Demo Construction Time is calendar days from date stated in the "Notice to Proceed The Authority reserves the right to reject and not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this RFQ, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete proposals and/or proposals offering alternate or non-requested services, proposals deemed non-responsive, respondents deemed not responsible, and conditional proposals.
