CPPI Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected by St. Petersburg College to provide construction management services for two projects on the St. Petersburg College Tarpon Springs Campus. The projects are located at 600 E. Klosterman Road, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. Scope of work includes: Selective Demolition, Concrete, Miscellaneous Metals, Interior Finish Trades, Enclosure Trades, Roofing, Doors & Hardware, Casework, Specialties, Plumbing Fixtures, HVAC Air Distribution, HVAC Infrastructure/Chiller Plant Work, Electrical, and Fire Protection.
