Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tacoma, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

There is a need for open and accessible non-motorized connectivity along Steilacoom-Dupont Road. The County is seeking to close the connectivity gap through the design and eventual construction of a shared-use path funded by the state, via an agreement between the County and WSDOT (WA Department of Transportation). To increase non-motorized accessibility in the area, both Lakewood and Dupont have extended bike lanes and sidewalks up to their respective incorporated city limits. The contract period is expected to be two (2) years. The County has the option of automatically renewing for additional periods of performance as needed. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submitted SOQs, and to waive as informalities any irregularities, and to contract as the best interest of the County may require. The County also may reject SOQs that are non-responsive or that are submitted by non-responsible firms.
