Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in South Dennis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new 2.04 MGD Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) to service a new municipal sanitary sewer system. Time Period for Completed Project Two years. The Town ofDennis, hereafter referred to as the Town, intends to build a new approximately 2.04 MGD WRRF at 160 Theophilus Smith Road at an estimated cost of $95,000,000. The Design has been completed and bidding is currently underway. The Dennis Town Engineer has been serving as the OPM for this phase ofthe project. The selected designer will be assisting the Town working with the WRRF System designer(s) on the overseeing the construction ofthe new WRRF. while keeping the Town wellinformed.
