Klosterman Road, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 Owner: St. Petersburg College CPPI Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected by St. Petersburg College to provide construction management services for two projects on the St. Petersburg College Tarpon Springs Campus. Scope of work includes: Selective Demolition, Concrete, Miscellaneous Metals, Interior Finish Trades, Enclosure Trades, Roofing, Doors & Hardware, Casework, Specialties, Plumbing Fixtures, HVAC Air Distribution, HVAC Infrastructure/Chiller Plant Work, Electrical, and Fire Protection.
