The Contractor services shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, monitoring, supervision and all incidentals required to provide and/or install non-pressurized buildings where the structure is composed of a rigid framework to support a tension membrane for the use of temporary shelter structures. At least fifty one percent (51%) of the membrane structure is required to be erected by the Contractor. The Contractor shall have experience in erecting various types of membrane structures and upon request, provide reference supporting the experience. Contractor will adhere to all CAL OSHA safety requirements and all work shall meet or exceed all required Federal, State and Local codes and regulatory standards.
