Reference Number 0000277578 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/24 03:00:00 PM EDT Yorks University is inviting established Proponents to provide carpet, upholstery cleaning and water extraction services for housing buildings on Keele Campus located at 4700 Keele Street, Toronto and Glendon Campus located at 2275 Bayview Avenue, Toronto. Yorks intention is to select one (1) Proponent to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) who demonstrated that they can provide best value to both campuses. On an as-required basis the VOR may be requested to provide competitive quotes for carpet cleaning at another locations at York campus. Such projects may be sent for quotation to the VOR for Yorks review and consideration. York in its sole discretion may accept the quotation and/or solicit additional quotes or publicly post the document. York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s). Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
