This project consists of the supply and/or installation of carpet and vinyl plank flooring, as well as hardwood floor sanding and refinishing of hardwood floors on an as-needed basis at both state and federal properties. The Contract shall be for a period of two (2) years, with an option to renew for one (1) additional year, at the full discretion of the FHA. The estimated value of this contract is $65,000.00. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Framingham Housing Authority. A 50% payment bond shall also be included. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to wscanlan@framha.org no later than September 19, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. and may be responded to via addendum, as determined by the Owner. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the Authority. MBE/WBE and Section 3 business concerns are encouraged to apply.
