Site work for a water / sewer project in Clute, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of installation of Owner furnished pumps, right angle gears, diesel engines, catenary trash rakes, associated installations and modifications to mechanical, electrical and piping systems. Qualifications of Bidders, insurer, and sureties are set forth in the Bidding Documents. A Bid Security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid will be required, as detailed in the Bidding Documents. AH questions about the meaning of intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to OWNER in writing, interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by OWNER in response to such questions will be used by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by OWNER as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
