The work generally consists of installation of Owner furnished pumps, right angle gears, diesel engines, catenary trash rakes, associated installations and modifications to mechanical, electrical andpiping systems. Qualifications of Bidders, insurer, and sureties are set forth in theBidding Documents. A Bid Security in an amount not less than fivepercent (5%) of the total bid will be required, as detailed in the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
