The scope of work for this contract includes: Demolition and removal of existing restroom structure. Saw cutting, demolition, and remove of existing concrete walk, asphalt paving, stairs, decorative fence, and curb. Site grading, earthwork, and drainage. Utility installation, including sewer, potable water, and electrical service. Concrete sidewalk, curb, and asphalt repair. Restroom installation Irrigation repair. Landscape repair.
